Job Overview:
As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will be a crucial part of our team. This role will involve launching ads and testing winning angles across paid campaigns including but not limited to platforms such as Meta (Facebook /Instagram),TikTok, and Snap. You will help ensure each sprint is tested across platforms, identifying winning angles and launching winning ads across all media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin.
Support the team with day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring each sprint accurately tests in Meta.
Understand platform KPIs and learnings from each sprint.
Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure ads are live, properly optimized, and error-free.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other members of the paid media team, designers, and strategists to launch testing campaigns ensuring high volume of ads are launched each week.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, from setup to optimization, ensuring campaigns are more efficient and impactful.
Help document successful processes for future reference and ensure consistency in execution.
Contribute ideas to enhance internal workflows and team collaboration.
Tools & Reporting:
Use internal tools like Slack, Northbeam, Archive, Motion, Asana and Superhuman for daily tasks and communications.
Understand reports using analytics tools and platforms including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google, Applovin and others to track campaign performance.

Qualifications:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in paid social media buying, or a related field. Prior internship or hands-on experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
Strong interest in digital marketing and a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and tools.
Skills:
Basic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snapchat, Reddit) and their advertising tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure campaign quality.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with Slack or other project management tools is a plus.
