As a Customer Service & Admin Coordinator, you will:
- Data Management
- Update our Project Management tool with the correct information and dates, as provided by the business leads
- Data entry and management of basic tasks
- Provide regular status updates and gaps in information
- Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer throughout product delivery process as well as for customer inquiries and concerns
- Respond to customer queries via email and SMS communication channels
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely interactions
- Administrative Tasks:
- Generate and compile various reports as required by management
- Perform regular reconciliation of customer profile accounts
- Maintain customer coupon codes and redemption process
Non-negotiables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience with data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience with clothing brands, both men's and women's, would be ideal
- 1-3 years of prior customer service or BPO experience
