SUMMARY:
We seek a highly organized and customer-oriented individual capable of managing both customer service and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and keen attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor towards customers consistently.
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to email s, and managing files and records.
Promptly address customer inquiries and determine and fulfill their needs to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time frames, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues as necessary.
Evaluate the effectiveness of customer service processes and provide feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional customer support.
Establish strong and trustworthy relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
Manage social media accounts and other administrative tasks as assigned by the executive or management team.
