The COO/GM is a senior leader responsible for managing the daily operations of a real estate company and ensuring its success. Working closely with the President, the COO/GM oversees all business activities to achieve the company’s goals and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising all daily operations of the company, including IT, marketing and sales
  • Preparing and presenting reports to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business
  • Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed
  • Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth
  • Working with the executive team to set company performance goals
  • Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of engineering, business, or economics.
  • At least 15 years of experience in real estate development, with 5-10 years in a senior position.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Adept in technical and financial aspects of the business.
  • Amiable personality and ability to interact with government institutions and various stakeholders, including business partners, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Proven integrity.

Requirements:

  • Willing to travel frequently among different provinces where the landholdings are located.
  • Available to start by January 2025.

    • General Manager or Senior position: 5-10 years (Required)
    • Real State Industry: 15 years (Required)
