The COO/GM is a senior leader responsible for managing the daily operations of a real estate company and ensuring its success. Working closely with the President, the COO/GM oversees all business activities to achieve the company’s goals and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising all daily operations of the company, including IT, marketing and sales
- Preparing and presenting reports to the Chief Executive Officer
- Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business
- Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed
- Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth
- Working with the executive team to set company performance goals
- Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of engineering, business, or economics.
- At least 15 years of experience in real estate development, with 5-10 years in a senior position.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Adept in technical and financial aspects of the business.
- Amiable personality and ability to interact with government institutions and various stakeholders, including business partners, suppliers, and contractors.
- Proven integrity.
Requirements:
- Willing to travel frequently among different provinces where the landholdings are located.
- Available to start by January 2025.
Experience:
- General Manager or Senior position: 5-10 years (Required)
- Real State Industry: 15 years (Required)
