The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Officer acts as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing concerns, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering open communication.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and professional development.
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR strategy development.

Qualifications and Skills:
