We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to respond to customer email s promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent written communication skills and the ability to work independently during flexible hours. Flexibility to work 2 to 3 hours a day, 4 to 5 days per week, must including weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Address various customer concerns, including order status, shipping issues, product inquiries, and more.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all written communication.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
- Ensure that each interaction is resolved in a way that enhances the customer experience.

Requirements:

- Fluency in written communication is a must.
- Ability to work 2 to 3 hours per day, 4 to 5 days per week, must including weekends.
- Flexible shift options, with night shifts prioritized.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

Salary: $3 per hour.
