We are seeking talented Sales Representatives (Spanish Speakers) to join our team at Haulla.

We’ve had great success with our Filipino Sales team, and now we’re expanding into Spanish-speaking regions in the U.S. This is a unique opportunity to join our new team from the start and play a key role in its growth. With a high demand for Spanish-speaking sales professionals, this position offers excellent growth potential and an exciting challenge!

If you demonstrate exceptional performance, you could advance to a Team Leader or Back Office role, earning $6 or more per hour, with the possibility of paid leave benefits. Pay and benefits are negotiable, depending on your skills and achievements.

Benefits and pay range:

• Full 2-week Paid Training offered if you fulfill the requirements

• 2 months of structured On-boarding and performance-driven guidance led by accomplished Sales Team Leaders, fostering growth and success

• Unlimited Commissions

• Average Monthly Incentive Range of top performing agents: ₱ 120,000 ~ ₱ 180,000

• The mentioned amount of ₱45,000 signifies the achieved minimum sales performance requirement.

For Spanish-speaking Account Managers, passing the Spanish interview comes with the following benefits:

• Guaranteed $4/hour as an official Sales Representatives (after the training).

• Total $600 of "Settling-in Grant" if you fulfill the requirements (not included in the Base Rate).

• $200 bonus per contract during the two-month Grace Period period.

• $150 bonus per contract during the NGP period.

• Opportunities for hourly wage increases and fast-track promotions based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain a full sales pipeline from prospecting to close in a defined territory through cold-calling and CRM

• Exceed sales goals and expectations for quota

• Work remotely during US business hours (07:00-15:00 in PST)

As a sales representative, you will generate sales (secure deal/close contracts) with new clients by calling business owners in US cities. The ideal candidate will work to achieve long-term account goals that align with company goals.

Requirements:

• English and Spanish Proficiency with Minimal Accent: Conduct business proficiently in English, particularly in negotiations and dispute resolution with native English speakers

• Full-Time Commitment: dedicated full-time employee, not a student or part-time position

• Proven Outbound Sales Success: Showcase a track record of successful outbound sales experiences, highlighting specific achievements and contributions to revenue growth

• Persuasive and Rejection-Resilient: Comfortably navigate and thrive in challenging sales scenarios

What You’ll Need:

• Place to work (comfortable and quiet enough for you to focus)

• A phone and a laptop with a fast and stable internet connection

Good to have:

• Native-level English and Spanish pronunciation and a confident tone of voice

• Familiarity with specific CRM systems such as Hubspot

• Cold-calling experience
