Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Ecommerce Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end marketing and sales activities across multiple ecommerce channels. This is a unique opportunity to join our team as our first and only marketing hire, where you will have the autonomy to manage all aspects of digital marketing, advertising, and ecommerce operations across our key platforms.
You will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our ecommerce presence on Amazon, our own Woocommerce-based website, Not on the High Street, and Yumbles. This role requires someone with a hands-on approach, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience managing product listings, ad campaigns, and budgets on Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads, while also handling email marketing campaigns and creative asset design.
Responsibilities:
• Amazon Seller Account Management: End-to-end management of Amazon product listings, pricing, inventory, and performance analytics. Create and optimize ads on Amazon, including Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand campaigns.
• Ecommerce Website Management: Maintain and update our WooCommerce-based online shop, ensuring product listings are optimized for SEO, and manage paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Digital Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive traffic and sales. Monitor and adjust budgets and performance metrics regularly.
• Creative Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create visually appealing and on-brand content for ads, product listings, and marketing campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, including audience segmentation, campaign creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Meta, and Google Ads platforms. Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Marketplace Management: Manage product listings and optimize our presence on additional platforms, such as Not on the High Street and Yumbles, ensuring listings are current and competitive.
• Strategy & Execution: Work closely with leadership to develop overall marketing strategies, implement campaigns, and adjust tactics based on performance metrics and business goals.
Requirements
• Ecommerce Platforms: Proven experience managing and optimizing an Amazon Seller Account, Woocommerce, and marketplace platforms like Not on the High Street or Yumbles.
• Digital Advertising: Hands-on experience creating and managing paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. Ability to handle budgets and improve performance through optimization.
• Creative Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) to create and edit marketing visuals, ads, and other assets.
• Email Marketing: Experience with platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp for building, launching, and analyzing email campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to interpret data to guide marketing strategies.
• SEO & SEM: Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to implement these strategies in product listings and paid search campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital advertising, and online retail management.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing sales through Amazon Seller Central and Woocommerce platforms.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creative development.
• knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or Mailchimp for email marketing.
• Experience managing digital ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and channels simultaneously.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision.
