Customize global marketing strategies to suit the local market context in the Philippines.
Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor actions to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance brand identity, equity, and market positioning.
SALES MANAGEMENT
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Provide training, coaching, and supports to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Lead and manage the marketing and sales team , providing guidance and support to supervisors and team member
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Strategically manage the marketing and sales budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
Develop and oversee annual sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance.
Analyze marketing and sales metrics to track performance. Generate regular reports and presentations on marketing ROI, sales forecasts, and budget variances.
BRAND CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Plan and execute product launches, ensuring successful market entry and consumer acceptance.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s products from competitors.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and sales channels.
