About the Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Director SEA & GCN (based in Singapore), the role will require assisting the Southeast Asia and Greater China local marketing teams and Marketing Director on their administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assisting SEA & GCN Marketing Director
• Day-to-day diary management / Some inbox management
• Organisation of team/project calls
• Ad hoc reports and updates on marketing task completion
• Sourcing assets/data and creating/formatting regional PowerPoint presentations
• Expenses management and international travel planning (flights, hotels, visa…)
Assisting SEA and GCN local marketing teams
• Raising purchase orders
• Managing invoices and contract renewal deadlines
• Scheduling of social media posts (with the content provided by marketers)
• Creation of new accounts and troubleshooting on our ATS Broadbean
• Creating marketing lists of contacts from our CRM Zenith
• Replying to Google Reviews
• Producing monthly reportings (job board / CV database usage/ROI, ad solution sales)
• Updating PR trackers
• Simple image/video editing to support urgent needs that our design team can’t support
• Ad hoc support on mailer creation or website updates
Who you are:
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding organisational & time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Exceptional MS Office skills / Some knowledge of Adobe is a plus
