About the role
Join our thriving sales team as a Counter Sales Specialist at GOLDTOWN in Banawe Avenue, Quezon City. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leveraging your sales expertise to drive revenue growth for our diverse range of products and services.
What you'll be doing
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and electronic payments
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product catalogue and actively cross-sell and upsell to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist customers with placing orders, handling returns and addressing any inquiries or complaints
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to contribute to overall sales targets and business objectives
• Ensure the sales counter and surrounding areas are well-stocked, clean and organized at all times
• Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
• Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within the retail or service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to handle sales transactions accurately
• A positive, friendly and helpful attitude to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• A team player who is eager to contribute to the overall success of the sales department
• Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
• Location: Banawe Avenue, Quezon City
