Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at InBody in Manila. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, dealing with direct sales activities, conducting product training sessions for the clients, and reporting back to managers in the headquarters to meet the sales quota.

Essential Responsibilities

· Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers- Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers in the fitness, medical, and academic fields to meet and exceed sales quota.

· Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.

· Execute sales strategies – Adhere to current and updated strategies, KPIs, and policies.

· Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quotas and goals for new customer acquisition.

· Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment.

· Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s overall market opportunity.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations

· Fluent oral and written English communication skills to actively work with managers in Korea

Qualifications

· Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume

· Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach

· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines

· Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Knowledge of the health and wellness industry is a plus

· Medical background (holder of a degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Biomedical engineering is a plus)

· Healthy mental and physical condition to implement direct sales job tasks

· 3~5 years of direct sales experience is a plus (prefer not more than 5 years)

Working Hours

· Flexible & Adjustable from standard working hours 9AM~6PM

Salary Range / Incentives

· Salary: TBD

· Direct sales incentive: 2%
