Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Distributor Management:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors in the region.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.

• Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing support and training.

• Sales Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies tailored to the regional market.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Set and track sales targets for distributors; evaluate performance and provide feedback.

• Prepare regular reports on distributor performance and market conditions.

• Inventory Management:

• Ensure optimal inventory levels with distributors to meet market demand.

• Coordinate with logistics to facilitate timely deliveries and product availability.

• Market Expansion:

• Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market share in the region.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and initiatives.

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and distributor meetings.

The Successful Applicant

The Regional Sales Manager must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or distribution management, preferably in FMCG or related industries.

• Strong understanding of the North and Central Luzon market dynamics.

• Based in North/Central Luzon

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
