About the role
As our Business Development Manager in Cebu, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth for our company, CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.' This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and will see you identifying and converting new sales opportunities within the New Business Development segment of the Sales industry.
What you'll be doing
• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other business development activities
• Qualifying and converting sales opportunities through effective pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques
• Maintaining a robust pipeline of new business prospects and opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for clients
• Providing detailed reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting
• Continuously seeking to improve sales processes and identify new business development strategies
What we're looking for
• Significant experience (5+ years) in a business development or new sales role, preferably within the New Business Development segment of the Sales industry
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and converting new sales opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with sales process management and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
