Your Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for:
• Assist with the development and own the execution of the digital marketing strategy and plan.
• Review and maintain website and digital content ensuring all content is up to date, on brand and compliant.
• CRM digital marketing management.
• Manage and maintain the company's website, including theme and plugin updates, content creation, website optimization, and website security
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure website, social media and email content is optimized
• Design and develop various marketing assets, such as digital banners, graphics, images, and infographics, to support email marketing, social media and website content
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Create compelling email content, design templates, and manage email campaigns from start to finish.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Plan and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with our Brand Manager to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall marketing message.
• Utilise design software to produce high-quality visuals for digital and print media.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and design ad creatives.
• Monitor and analyse ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.
• Develop a content marketing strategy to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
• Create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content across various channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Analyse website and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement optimisation techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics.
What You Need:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing management role
• Email Marketing: must have experience in email marketing tools, creating email templates and managing end-to-end campaigns, and understanding email marketing best practices
• Social Media Marketing: experience in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Content creation skills (e.g., copywriting, video editing) are essential
• Google and Meta Ads Management: managing paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Conduct keyword research, create ad copy and design ad creatives
• Graphic Design: proficiency in specific design software like Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Must have a portfolio
• Conversion Optimisation: experience in Google Analytics and A/B testing
• Content Marketing/Creation, SEO, Project Management (ASANA)
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
