Key Responsibilities:
• Software Development:
• Design, build, and implement Anaplan models, including data integration based on business requirements and specifications. Ensure models are efficient, accurate, and meet user needs.
• Create and maintain build documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
• Conduct rigorous testing of Anaplan models to identify and resolve issues, and validate that models meet functional and performance criteria.
• Client Engagement:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, addressing queries, and executing tool maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Anaplan training and acquire certification
• Dive into business processes
• Stay updated with platform enhancements and best practices. Suggest and implement improvements to optimize model performance and usability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of software development experience OR a fresh grad with a software development thesis/personal project to present
• Knows Relational Database Management
• Knows MS Excel functionality (like lookup, Len, mod, offset, Sumif)
• Analytic problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to challenges and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative team mindset
Nice to have:
• Anaplan Model Builder Certification
• Background in finance/accounting systems such as Financial Planning, Management Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Manpower Planning
Working Conditions:
• Work from anywhere. Workstation setup will be provided.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings or event.
