Responsible for the maintenance of the client's digital marketplace. Assist the eCommerce team to deliver digital trade strategy and provide superior digital customer experience.

• Website Maintenance

• Maintain website content (banners, links, SEO, navigation and presentation) daily/weekly.

• Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorisation, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines.

• Maintain the content calendar and manage weekly content brief to Design team.

• Ensure Homepage and landing pages are updated with new content provided by Marketing in line with calendar and any ad hoc updates

• Maintain the product catalogue and deployment of new categories on site

• Update and maintain client's FAQ’s in footer

• Constant QA auditing of client's website to ensure navigation, content, links, and overall User experience of highest level and error free

• Support eCommerce team with project development and UAT.

• Leverage Product to drive sales

• Utilising Search & Merch platform to execute merchandising plans and optimisations on site to leverage sales opportunities.

• Report on Search & Merchandising data to assist the E-Commerce team in developing and executing merchandise strategies to optimize trade results.

• Develop e-commerce analysis for products, categories, brands and precincts driving sales for the business

• Liaise with Onboarding Specialist on the flow and timings of new brands/products on marketplace.

• Work with E-Commerce team to ideate and identify new initiatives to drive engagement and revenue

3. Sales Analysis and Reporting

• Product/Category reporting on a weekly and monthly basis – providing insights into what is working well and other potential opportunities

• Support E-Commerce Manager with on-site performance metrics and analysis

• Support E-Commerce team to continuously improve website functionality, optimising user experience

• Provide the ecommerce team with insights and relevant data on customer journey trends and behaviours.

• Use analytic platforms to provide data-driven decision making on-site

4. Marketing, Promotional Campaigns and Tactical Events

• Support the Implementation of e-commerce promotions for key trade and tactical events.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of the eCommerce & Marketing Trade Calendar

What does success look like in this role

• Assist team in meeting the annual GMV targets and KPIs

• Mastery of the Marketplacer, BigCommerce & Search & Merch platform to ensure skills can be passed on

• Building strong working relationships across all areas of the business

• Understand how to leverage product to drive sales

• Good understanding of the brand and customer

• Website content updated on time/all page links correct & working

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or related field

• 3+ years retail and ecommerce platform experience (AU US UK Campaigns)

• Preferably fashion retail or wholesale background (AU US UK Campaigns)

• Proficient in any of these Retail softwares: Marketplace / BigCommerce / Shopify

• Experience with CRM platforms

• At least 2 years minimum experience in virtual merchandising and product categorization

• At least 2 years minimum experience in putting up online shopping banners, promotions, etc.

• At least 2 years minimum experience in uploading online shopping products, images, contents, etc.

• Experience in using analytical tools to draw insights and report on website performance (Google Analytics preferred)

• Strong understanding of onboarding process including aggregator options

• Experience in using a website CMS

• An understanding of SEO

• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a variety of teams with competing priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) & Reporting (VLOOKUP etc.)

• Outstanding organizational and planning skills with ability to multitask effectively, manage timelines and meet deadlines

• Has strong attention to details

• Has the ability to seek advice and accept feedback.

• Has an inquisitive mind, ability to solve problems and suggest appropriate solutions

• Sound business acumen, highly numerate, with excellent planning & analytical capabilities

• Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team
