Why this role exists
During a period of strategic growth, we need a detail-oriented E-commerce Supply Chain Operations Specialist to streamline our multi-platform operations and enhance our supply chain efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operations between our overseas vendors, e-commerce platforms, and internal teams. As we transition responsibilities from our current team member moving to Sales Operations, this position will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our operational workflows.

The Impact you’ll make
E-commerce Platform Management

• Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify

• Maintain accurate product catalogs and information

• Handle cross-platform product synchronization

• Ensure data accuracy across all digital channels

Supply Chain Operations

• Process and track purchase orders with overseas vendors

• Oversee order management from initiation to completion

• Manage vendor communications and relationships

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment

Project and Task Management

• Utilize ClickUp for task tracking and completion

• Coordinate cross-functional operational projects

• Maintain organized documentation and reporting

• Implement process improvements and automation

Data and Systems Administration

• Manage data entry and organization in Google Sheets

• Generate and maintain operational reports

• Track KPIs and performance metrics

• Ensure system data accuracy and consistency

Administrative Excellence

• Conduct market and product research

• Support data collection initiatives

• Manage multi-platform communications via WhatsApp and other tools

• Handle inventory reporting and stock level management

• Support transition of existing operational processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations and supply chain management

• Demonstrated proficiency with Shopify platform management

• Strong background in using task management tools (ClickUp or similar)

• Advanced Google Sheets skills for data management

• Experience working with overseas vendors and suppliers

• Track record of successful project coordination

• Experience with multi-platform communication tools (WhatsApp, etc.)

• Knowledge of inventory management and reporting systems

• WFH Set-Up:

• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

• Back-up computer and internet connection

• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

• Remote position

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)

• 40 hours a week

Compensation:

• $5 per hour
