Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Support Team Lead at Wizy. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and supervising the tech support team, resolving complex technical issues, providing guidance and training to team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is located in Quezon City with the option for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Customer Service skills

• Experience in leading and managing a team

• Knowledge of IT systems and software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
