Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, articulate, implement, and maintain governance components with clarity of authority and responsibilities
- Pursue the company and department roadmaps
- Manage IT-related financial activities in both the business and IT functions, covering budget, cost and benefit management, and prioritization of spending
- Optimally manage supplier and vendor relationships and contracts
- Provide a structured approach to ensure optimal recruitment/acquisition, planning, evaluation, performance management, and development of IT operations staff
- Ensure high-quality service support to internal and external customers by managing the support team and implementing support monitoring systems and applications
- Ensure optimal business and operational continuity by implementing the right hardware, network, and software solutions
- Protect enterprise information, and implement the appropriate security policies, processes, and systems
- Manage all projects in alignment with enterprise strategy based on sound IT project management approaches
- Initiate, plan, control, and execute projects, and close with a post-implementation review
- Implement technology solutions that enhance the company's industry competitiveness through product and service innovations
- Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Communications Technology Management, or a similar course
- At least 10 years of experience managing an IT department
- At least 2 years of being in a Senior Manager position within IT
- Support experience in a BPO / Call Center environment is an advantage
- Technical proficiency and hands-on management experience in the following:
- ERP (Preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Acumatica)
- Software Applications
- Network Administration
- Systems Administration
- Database Administration
- Cyber Security
- Cloud Administration
- Relevant experience in IT Disaster recovery and business continuity
