The Virtual Loan Officer (VLO) is mainly responsible for handling loan advisory inbound calls that cater to clients of branch stores, targeted campaigns, and even non clients sourced from bank’s online presence. VLO also converts retail loan leads from BPI’s Institutional website, developer partnerships, online campaigns and other virtual presence, into actual sale. The VLO provides trusted advice and effectively communicates loan product features, rates and benefits aligned with clients' needs and financial appetite. The VLO uses their in-depth knowledge of retail loan products - auto and housing loan- to walk through and walk with clients to the completion of loan process, end to end.

- Handles incoming calls to the loan advisory number.
- Ensures clients are contacted within the set turnaround time.
- Submits loan applications of new and existing clients to the appropriate unit for processing.
- Actively engages clients to convert retail loan applications into booking.
- Addresses issues and concerns of clients and provides resolution within the prescribed turnaround time.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of client data.
- Performs administrative tasks and other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business related courses.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of sales management processes, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with the bank’s products and services.
