About The Role
This Marketing Intern role will gain exposure in the planning and execution of marketing and communication strategies and activities, collaborating across other lines of businesses in Disney in the delivery of integrated consumer product marketing initiatives in the Philippines.
The role will be responsible for supporting the local Disney+ campaigns including creative ideation for title campaigns encompassing global and regional content. The core objective is to gain awareness and engagement for titles/products being pushed. Therefore, this role requires a strong grasp of consumer insights and latest trends so that these can be applied onto the creative approach.
He/she will support in the ideation of localizing the title campaigns and will be working closely with the Brand and Content (B&C) Marketing Leads in determining best approach for the campaigns.

About The Role

Responsibilities:
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and events
- Localize existing assets (AVs and KVs) according to specific PH Marketing needs
- Manage the localized assets and distribution to key stakeholders
- Liaise with internal team for asset sourcing and content approvals
- Attend agency briefing sessions and understand the workings behind the agency-client relationship and be equipped with the skills necessary for future briefings
- Assist with the preparation of presentation, creative briefs, and reporting decks
- Analyse the results of localized campaigns and share findings with markets as best practices.
- Actively participate and support brainstorming sessions, business reviews, and campaign reviews
- Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas, while working with available assets
- Liaise with different lines of business and learn synergy for marketing campaigns
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2025

- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Multi-media or a related field
- Knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing and/or Visual Merchandising is a plus
- Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, and general entertainment including Asian content
- Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for marketing
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
- Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
- Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
- Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
