Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Familiarity with IT Infrastructure, Network and Software application.
- Actual Technical Experience either with Hardware or Software before being promoted to a PM is required
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodology and best practices.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Expertise in Risk Management and Contingency Planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery creating and maintaining project documentation, collaterals and communications.
- PMP or CAPM certification desirable but not required
Job Overview:
Pre-Implementation:
- Contract Review: Review contract to understand project scope and deliverables.
- Bid Transition: Collaborate with Sales to review important customer discussions from the bidding process.
- Customer Onboarding: Initiate contact with customer and schedule the kickoff call.
- Kickoff Meetings: Facilitate kickoff (internal/external) meetings to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Third-Party Integration: Coordinate with customers to ensure timely completion of their 3rd Party integrations.
Implementation:
- Project Execution: Oversee the execution of project tasks, including database configuration and hardware installation.
- Risk and Issue Management Resolution: Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise. 1st level of escalation for the onsite Delivery Implementation Consultant
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
Close-Out:
- Financial Management: Manage project finances and apply non-billable policies before invoicing.
- Project Closure: Secure customer signoff, ensure support handover is finalized, conduct final customer project review and finalize financial reporting.
