Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of customer interactions, delivering exceptional support via live chat, email, text, and calls. You’ll resolve complex concerns, ensure seamless technical assistance, and help customers navigate their needs with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
Your Daily Tasks
- Deliver exceptional support via chat, email, text, and calls.
- Research, follow up, and prioritize customer needs.
- Assist with application inquiries and statuses.
- Resolve technical issues with apps and websites.
- Address complex customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure accurate account updates and balance adjustments.
- Follow procedures, meet performance goals, and assist with additional tasks as needed.
The Qualifications We Seek
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service. Call center and remote work experience required.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and English communication (minimum 9/10 proficiency). Multitasking expertise is essential.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM and call center tools; stable internet and laptop required.
