  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the crewing operations team.
  • Liaise with the recruitment department and assist in recruiting seafarers for the concerned principals, as well as monitor crew lineup.
  • Monitor the progress and ensure timely crew changes.
  • Evaluate nonconforming seafarers by assessing their performance based on reports and assessments made by the Master before assigning them to their next vessel.
  • Manage and monitor the performances of the Crewing and documentation staff under their team.
  • Responsible for the quality of his work in compliance with the ISO 9001 Standards.
  • Performs other tasks related to crewing operations as required.

Job Requirements

  • College Degree
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in the Maritime Industry
  • Sailing Experience is an advantage
  • Ability to manage, understand and effectively communicate and influence people including seafarers.
  • Must have a good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be assertive and have strong leadership capability
  • Ability to work under pressure
