Qualifications
Once hired, the HR Assistant will be tasked to perform the following:
- A degree in Business Administration & Management, Social/Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any equivalent college course
- Good written and verbal English communications skills
- Equipped with basic technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to handle paperwork and day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Once hired, the HR Assistant will be tasked to perform the following:
- Employee file enrollments and updates, including:
- Updating and maintain DA trackers, 201 Employee files;
- Coordinating with other departments for Payroll and Finance;
- Updating and maintaining site headcount and directory;
- Assisting new hires with biometric credentials, ATM enrollment, and 201 file preparation;
- Preparing COE, last pay contract, and quitclaims;
- Mailing quitclaims notifications and notarizations;
- Processing disciplinary memos; and
- Validating medical certificates, sending findings for approval, processing and filing of APE and PPE results.
- Recruitment tasks, including:
- Sorting and updating recruitment and employee files;
- Conducting initial interviews and administering assessments; and
- Participating in recruitment events.
- Perform other duties as needed by the company, including:
- Ordering and updating office supplies;
- Fulfilling additional tasks in the absence of an Accountant/Accountant Assistant;
- Preparation of 2307 forms and receipts; and
- Assist in the annual registration and renewal of business permits
