  • Good written and verbal English communications skills
  • Equipped with basic technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease

Responsibilities

Once hired, the HR Assistant will be tasked to perform the following:

  • Employee file enrollments and updates, including:
    • Updating and maintain DA trackers, 201 Employee files;
    • Coordinating with other departments for Payroll and Finance;
    • Updating and maintaining site headcount and directory;
    • Assisting new hires with biometric credentials, ATM enrollment, and 201 file preparation;
    • Preparing COE, last pay contract, and quitclaims;
    • Mailing quitclaims notifications and notarizations;
    • Processing disciplinary memos; and
    • Validating medical certificates, sending findings for approval, processing and filing of APE and PPE results.
  • Recruitment tasks, including:
    • Sorting and updating recruitment and employee files;
    • Conducting initial interviews and administering assessments; and
    • Participating in recruitment events.
  • Perform other duties as needed by the company, including:
    • Ordering and updating office supplies;
    • Fulfilling additional tasks in the absence of an Accountant/Accountant Assistant;
    • Preparation of 2307 forms and receipts; and
    • Assist in the annual registration and renewal of business permits
