This position is primarily responsible for designing and executing various initiatives including campaign management to meet the business goals of a specific product within the bank's non-lending business. The position is expected to take end-to-end ownership, from analyzing vast amounts of data , to translating it into insights, to creating outputs that have a direct impact on the bank's bottom line.

How you'll contribute

  • Works with the Funding and Segmentation Analytics Department Head to continously challenge and improve existing strategies, and ideate new strategies to grow new business and portfolio of non-lending business
  • Liaises with various business and technical teams to implement strategies and/or initiated campaigns
  • Works with the FSA Head and business team in initiating and/or supporting campaigns from ideation, post campaign analysis and providing Improvements and recommendation to make the campaigns better
  • Sees how recommended strategies may impact bank wide performance Financial targets
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for Segmentation and Non-Lending Business

What we’re looking for

  • Working knowledge on data analytics tools such as Pyspark, PowerBI, and Python
  • Deep Understanding of consumer non-lending business
  • Skilled in data-driven analysis with an emphasis on Retail, mSME and Wholesale
  • Excellent time management skills and Able to deliver results across multiple projects in parallel Self-initiated learner with strong intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • Strong Communication and Persuasive Skill
