Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Support Manager at paypay89.com. The CS will be responsible for handling customer service requests. This job is done remotely requires you to have atleast a mobile phone but having a laptop is best.
Qualifications
- Able to be consistent in arriving to work on time, replying messages on time, and keeping a good attitude.
- Strong Customer Service background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Experience in the payment gateway or fintech industry is a plus.
