Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Executive located in BGC Taguig. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, managing network administration, overseeing information technology systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or IT Deskside Support team supporting multiple sites.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
- Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance.
- Experience administering and/or troubleshooting local area networks and Wifi.
- Experience using a ticketing system for customer service.
- Experience in IT Asset Management.
- Highly process oriented.
- Knowledge in ITSM and ITIL.
- Understanding of the basic concepts of Computer and Information Systems security.
- Experience working as IT in Warehouse/Sort Center environment is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in person and via phone/radio) with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling including nights and weekends.
