Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information on services and fees
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle billing inquiries with professionalism
- Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff, ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Assist with managing office inventory and supplies, contributing to efficient operations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of the practice
- Previous experience in a medical office, hospital, or related setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic office procedures
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
