  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an IT Project Manager with Capgemini, you will play a meaningful role in planning the activities, timetable, deliverables, and resources for systems projects and leads the team to complete the assigned tasks following agreed schedule and budget.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

  • Plans, develops, and manages processes (technical and business) to ensure plans are in place to meet business requirements in a cost-efficient manner and within specific targets.
  • Directs the analysis and provides expert design advice so that the system solution satisfies management and business requirements.
  • Provide strong leadership as coach and mentor to other IT Project Managers to ensure the ongoing development of a highly capable, productive, and engaged workforce with a culture of ownership and delivery.
  • Delivery of IT projects of good quality, on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance to IT Governance (QA, Compliance, Systems Architecture and Information Security)
  • Employs the latest systems management, analysis and design concepts in the review and implementation of IT projects.
  • Keep management informed of the overall status of projects and other IT-related initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 15 years as Project Manager managing medium to large IT projects.
  • Has relevant experience in Application Development Project (End-to-end implementation).
  • Has experience in Insurance Industry and Product Development.
  • General understanding of technology trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record in project management and implementation of medium to large projects.
  • Experience in Systems development methodology
  • Familiar will all aspects of information technology management
  • Strong knowledge of distributed and legacy IT system
  • Strong understanding of IT and business processes, change management, etc.
  • Experience in working with a vendor and creating a harmonious transition environment for new and old staff alike.
  • Employs the latest systems management, analysis and design concepts in the review and implementation of IT projects.
