- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the advertising industry. This includes sourcing candidates for roles such as copywriters, graphic designers, account managers, and media planners.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and recruitment platforms to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh and experienced talent.
- Conduct in - depth interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to assess cultural fit and creative capabilities.
- Identify training and development needs across the agency. Design and implement programs to enhance employees' skills in areas like digital marketing, emerging advertising technologies, and creative thinking.
- Facilitate mentorship and coaching initiatives to support career progression and personal growth for all employees.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set clear, measurable goals for each role.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary, and recognize and reward high - performing employees.
- Design and manage a competitive compensation and benefits package that aligns with industry standards and the agency's budget.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure our offerings attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages open communication, collaboration, and creativity.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and fair manner, acting as a mediator when needed.
- Plan and organize team - building activities and company events.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure all HR processes, from recruitment to termination, are compliant.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5 - 8 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
- In - depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem - solving abilities.
