Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that effectively identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet organizational needs. This role requires a proactive approach in talent sourcing, relationship-building, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various departments.
- Manage and oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in talent acquisition processes.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
