The Role

As a Registration Processing Specialist, you are responsible in reviewing the completeness of documents for registration and encumbrance for Auto / Home /BML to be forwarded to External Service Provider (ESP) for processing at Registry of Deeds and other related government agencies.

How you'll contribute

  • Responds request from Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in order to deliver commitment to internal and external clients
  • Monitors Pending Accounts for registration forwarded to ESP’s and SBC Hubs / branches to avoid loss / misplace collaterals
  • Validates records in Collateral Management System (GDS) by updating the status of loan documents for proper handling
  • Processes mortgage registration and encumbrance f or Consumer Loan products (Auto and other Chattel Loans) to secure the loan borrowed by the client
  • Reviews correctness and completeness of documents for registration and registered accounts to secure the loan borrowed by the client

What we’re looking for

  • Graduated of bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
  • With 0-2 years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Lending, Registration of Mortgage processes and documentation
  • Result-oriented and team player.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
