Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on graphic design for social media promotion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an experienced designer, working on engaging visuals and content that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand’s online presence. After 6 months, you will transition into web design projects, helping us elevate our digital platforms to better serve our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design for Social Media: Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and promotional materials for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and voice.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and an experienced designer to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Audience Engagement: Design content that captures attention, drives engagement, and communicates effectively with the target audience.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, social media platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
  • Optimization: Adapt designs for various formats, including stories, posts, and ads, ensuring they meet platform-specific requirements.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.
  • Web Design Transition: After 6 months, begin working on web design projects, including creating user-friendly layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma for the 1NURSE.COM platform.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graphic Design Expertise: Experience in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and trends.
  • Web Design and Figma Skills: Basic knowledge of web design tools and principles (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch). Experience with Figma and web design is a plus but not required.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality, innovative, and error-free designs.
  • Time Management: Capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members, including an experienced designer.
  • Residing preferably around Davao Region

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A 2-month intensive training program, during which you will work alongside an experienced designer to learn our processes and workflows.
  • A Php 2,000 monthly training allowance during the training period.
  • Transition to a Php 12,500 start-up salary upon successful completion of training.
