  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Provide expert advice and strategic recommendations to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and proposals to stakeholders.

Training and Development:

  • Implementing training schedules for all members of the team and on occasion for other employees
  • Develop training materials and resources to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and clients on industry-specific topics.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.

Managing annual budgets for the department and reporting such information to senior management

Project Support:

  • Instigating and managing major IT projects in accordance according to business needs and budget restrictions, including system updates and migrations
  • Lead and support project teams with domain-specific knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that projects align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Solution Development:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide input on the development and customization of products and services.
  • Arranging for regular audits of the system, often in collaboration with an IT Auditor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
  • Master's degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CSCP, CLTD) are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
  • Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
