Lead Program Coordinator

ICLC Inc. is a non-profit, non-denominational, non-political, educational organization working to address the educational gap disproportionally affecting indigenous children, primarily the Sama Badjao community in Tawi-Tawi, as well as Tausug communities displaced by conflict.
Role Description
The job is a full-time and on-site, located in Tawi-Tawi, BARMM. Your main areas of responsibility will be program management, communication, and program development. You will also be expected to conduct community outreach programs, host international partners and solve problems in a dynamic, ever changing environment. You are expected to be able to work independently and autonomously, providing monthly reports on the ongoings of the project.
Qualifications
- Program management and program development skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Intercultural communication skills (with indigenous cultures)
- Experience in the education and/or non-profit sector work
- Strong linguistic skills (you must learn basic Sama to engage with communities)
- Strong writing skills
- Dynamic problem-solving skills
