  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

 Responsibilities :

  • Set up and maintain QuickBooks Online for a new e-commerce business
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)
  • Reconcile transactions from multiple sales channels (Amazon and Shopify)
  • Prepare financial records for year-end reporting
  • Handle financial aspects related to investors and incoming funds
  • Provide basic financial analysis and advice on improving business performance

Requirements
  • Experience with e-commerce bookkeeping, particularly with Shopify and Amazon
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including setup and maintenance
  • Understanding of AP/AR processes
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and year-end preparations
  • Knowledge of handling investor funds and safe notes is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English
