Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager who

thrives on sales achievements and revenue generation. This individual must have a deep passion

for sales, a strong track record in the education sector, and an in-depth understanding of

international higher education programs, particularly in Europe (Germany & Poland).

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to

achieve and exceed student enrollment targets.

Student Recruitment: Identify, engage, and convert potential students for bachelor’s and

master’s degree programs in Europe (Germany & Poland).

Institutional Partnerships: Build and maintain strong alliances with local schools,

colleges, and education institutions to attract prospective students.

Market Expansion: Develop and execute outreach strategies, including workshops,

seminars, and student engagement campaigns, to generate leads and enhance brand

awareness.

Consultation & Guidance: Provide expert guidance to students and parents on study

abroad opportunities in Europe (Germany & Poland), admission processes, and program

benefits.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand partnerships, and

create customized solutions for educational institutions.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and optimize

strategies to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the

higher education sector.

Study Abroad Expertise: Strong knowledge of international university admission

processes, especially for Europe (Germany & Poland).

Networking & Business Development: Established connections with local schools,

universities, and international education providers.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills

to influence decision-making.

Goal-Oriented Mindset: Passion for sales achievements, high performance, and revenue

growth.

Event & Campaign Management: Ability to plan and execute large-scale student

recruitment campaigns and workshops.
