Project Manager - Field Service/Dispatch Projects
Initiation - defines the project's scope, objectives, tasks and timeline.
Planning - develops and coordinates the project plans and documents the project requirements.
Execution and Monitoring - monitors and tracks the progress of the projects and coordinates with the project team/operations in identifying risks and project delays. Ensures that project deliverables are met and communicated to the clients.
Control - communicates regular project status updates to clients and the project team. Make sure that any open items or issues are resolved, and ensure complete project documentation.
Project Closure - Make sure that project deliverables are finalized and endorsed to other departments. Make sure that all project sign-offs are completed.
- At least 2-3 years project management experience preferably in field service, scheduling or dispatching.
- Must have experience in all phases of the project management cycle.
- Ability to multi-task or manage more than 1 project at a time.
- Preferred but not required - knowledge in the use of Contractor Management Software, such as Work Market or Field Nation, and the use of any Field Service Platform, such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
- Experience in using various project management tools - Gantt Charts, Monday.com, Asana, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule.
