About The Role

The Inventory Analyst's main mission is to optimize inventory levels and KPIs (e.g. Days of stock, % of Excess inventory, % of Out of stock) for the brands they manage, to ensure maximum availability and inventory health.

About The Team

The Supply Chain team oversees all aspects from production at our suppliers’ location (Asia, Europe & Americas) to inventory management to delivery and optimization of all sales channels (e-commerce marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, brick & mortar delivery, and more).

What you will do:

  • Analyzes inventory risks (shortages and overstock) due to forecasting changes or supply chain disruptions
  • Builds proactive action plans to minimize/avoid inventory risks
  • Communicates and coordinates action plans with various stakeholders (e.g. demand planning, purchasing, logistics, brand management)
  • Reports on a weekly basis to Brand management teams and Leadership on their brands Inventory health status
  • Ensures data accuracy (e.g. inventory levels and availability dates) in all our internal systems
  • Contributes to the improvement of Branded Inventory management tools and processes

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4-5 years of experience with Supply Chain Management (preferably with Amazon FBA)
  • Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges that need to be addressed
  • Ability to research manufacturers and determine the best supplier to reach out to for various projects
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
