  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

CSM International LLC is seeking an Senior Network Engineer for our Operations Center team based out of Manila, Philippines.

Senior Network Engineer is a specialist in providing Remote Services, Network and Application troubleshooting. Responsibilities include implementing new hardware and software updates or deployments or installation, remotely solving problems and other helpdesk issues. The Senior Network Engineer will work closely with other IT Support team such as Network, Application, and Back-end Teams to support product conigurations, installations, and deployments as needed.

Full remote, will work primarily on US Day-shift, off-shift coverage may be required for on-call support of systems and maintenance work in supported change windows.

Responsibilities

· Resolve support calls, email or chat from the end-users or porject owners covering all aspects of Palo Alto firewall hardware/software, network outages and issues in a timely manner, in accordance with standards.

· Utilize ticketing system to document each call verifying customer information and detailing all troubleshooting steps used in attempted resolution.

· Monitor ticket queues and follow up with end users and other resolver teams until tickets closed

· Creation of standard documents for support process.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of and experience with Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, FW refresh and migration.

· Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, DFS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Networking, VPN and other Networking Technologies

· Strong understanding of system management and compliance

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
