Job Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday | Between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM AEST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our growing team. This role involves proactive outreach to customers, ensuring solar system connectivity, promoting energy-saving solutions, and maintaining data integrity within HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, and a passion for renewable energy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact existing customers whose solar systems have gone offline to troubleshoot and restore connectivity.
  • Offer free power bill reviews to potential customers in designated promotional areas, emphasizing cost savings and solar energy benefits.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, focusing on converting interest into appointments.
  • Cleanse and update customer data in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy in phone numbers, emails, and other details.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales leadership teams to develop and execute outbound calling campaigns.
  • Utilize provided scripts and promotional materials to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within HubSpot CRM.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for outbound calls, appointments set, and data cleansing activities.

Additional Responsibilities (If Any):

  • Transition cold calls to warm calls, as some contacts are not yet engaged customers.
  • Handle additional cold calling lists for both residential and commercial prospects.
  • Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Assist with other customer service or sales support tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:Must Have:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling and appointment setting.
  • Experience in the solar industry.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent phone communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to follow scripts and maintain a professional, customer-centric approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with VOIP phone systems.
  • Knowledge of Australian energy markets and regulations.
  • Experience in lead generation and qualification.
