As we expand, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to oversee marketing operations, ensure branding consistency across all channels, and drive results across PPC, YouTube, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, tracking all marketing activities, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital and offline channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the Amazon ecosystem who can manage multiple projects, align cross-functional teams, and drive performance. Prior experience working at an Amazon-focused agency is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage all marketing projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Develop, track, and optimize project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PPC, content, design, and development) to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements for better execution.

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Ensure alignment between paid advertising efforts and organic marketing strategies (content, social media).
  • Track and analyze ad performance across all platforms to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Branding & Content Strategy:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including website, social media, Amazon, and YouTube.
  • Develop brand guidelines and enforce them across all digital assets.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that aligns with marketing objectives.

YouTube & Video Marketing:

  • Oversee YouTube content strategy, working with the video production team to create engaging video content.
  • Ensure video marketing efforts align with overall marketing objectives.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze all marketing activities to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and budget utilization.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, digital advertising, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon advertising (PPC, DSP).
  • Experience managing PPC, YouTube, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, etc.).
  • Understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and advertising tools.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and departments to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience in eCommerce, Amazon FBA, or SaaS industries.
  • Prior experience in an Amazon-focused agency.
  • Knowledge of marketing CRM and workflow tools like Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
  • Can work in EST with a complete work-from-home setup.
