They had the technology and the tools and the industry knowledge and, most of all, they had the technology and expertise in recruitment to make their partners successful.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will help build the client’s best practice process to streamline his workflow and systematize the business.
Duties:
- Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
- Seek new business opportunities.
- Keep updated about latest business trends.
- Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
- Arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers.
- Coordinate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to successfully deliver technical solutions to clients.
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience and track record in sales, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
- Advanced skills in using a CRM software and Microsoft Suite.
- Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
- Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
- Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
- Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
