Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Desk Administrator at Interscale. The Service Desk Administrator will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of our IT service desk. The ideal candidate will ensure that SLA are met, tickets are efficiently allocated, and comprehensive reporting is conducted. This role is essential in maintaining high service levels and ensuring a seamless IT support experience for our organization.

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Reporting skills
  • Technical Support skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL
  • Experience with ticketing system, especially Autotask
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 2 years in similar role
