Primary Responsibilities:
- Organizing Spreadsheets/Leads: Efficiently manage and update lead databases using Google Sheets, Apollo, Clay, ensuring accuracy and formatting of data.
- Monitoring Email Outreach: Executing advanced workflows, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Sending Cold Emails: Utilize software systems to send out cold emails effectively, targeting potential clients and generating interest in our products on behalf of clients.
- Reporting to our clients
Essential Qualifications:

- Basic Google Sheets/Excel Experience: Familiarity with spreadsheet software, comfortable with basic functions and data organization.
- Sales Experience: Some prior experience in sales or email marketing, understanding the fundamentals of customer engagement and lead conversion.
Additional Beneficial Skills:
- Lead Scraping: Ability to source leads independently and efficiently organize them in spreadsheets.
- Experience with the platforms Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead.ai.
- Marketing/Advertising Knowledge: Good understanding of marketing and advertising principles, aiding in effective communication and lead targeting.
