  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Junior Infrastructure Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jr. Infra Developer at Hackazouk Inc located in Quezon City, with flexibility for remote work. As part of our team, you will take ownership of cloud services primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DigitalOcean, while ensuring seamless integration with our existing tech stack based on PHP/Laravel, MySQL, and modern web technologies.

You will be responsible for architecting solutions, implementing best practices in system performance, security, and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical success.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Laravel app development
  • At least 1 year of experience in Laravel software maintenance
  • Experience in Linux server administration and management
  • Experience in deploying and maintaining services in cloud infrastructures like AWS, DigitalOcean and Google Cloud (or equivalent cloud services)
  • Experience in relational database management such as MariaDB or MySQL
  • Knowledge of server-side scripting like PHP or Python
  • Knowledge of shell-type scripting like Bash, Python, or PERL
  • Knowledge of cloud security practices
  • Basic knowledge of networking in cloud environment
  • Basic knowledge in frontend technologies such as javascript and flutter (to aid in infrastructure management)

  • Platform Custodian
  • Maintain the Laravel platform used by the development team
  • Architect new modules to be used by the Laravel platform
  • Cloud Infrastructure Development and Management
  • Design, build, and manage a scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Google Cloud.
  • Proactively monitor product and platform performance
  • Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues

  • Aid in developing tools that boost the development team’s productivity
  • Aid in maintaining and improving the current CI/CD efforts of the company
  • Security and Backup Management
  • Aid in the company’s efforts to maintain its security standards and certifications
