Business Development Representative (Part-time)

Starting Salary: Php 22,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a complete sales funnel, from lead generation to nurturing and closing.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospecting and sales data.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for lead generation, appointments set, and closed deals.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strong ability to generate and qualify leads through cold outreach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or the outsourcing industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is an advantage.
