Business Development Representative (Part-time)
Starting Salary: Php 22,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a complete sales funnel, from lead generation to nurturing and closing.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospecting and sales data.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for lead generation, appointments set, and closed deals.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals.
- Strong ability to generate and qualify leads through cold outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales or the outsourcing industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is an advantage.
