JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Brand Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the company’s brand presence, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and market demands. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and collaborative coordination across various teams and external partners to deliver impactful brand experiences. The Manager will act as a brand custodian, overseeing marketing strategies from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the brand resonates with its target audience and maintains a competitive edge.
Brand Custodianship
• Serve as the principal steward of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Develop and uphold the brand’s value proposition, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision and market position.
2. Brand Strategy Development and Execution
• Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies, encompassing narratives, brand values, and architecture.
• Define and manage the visual and verbal identity of the brand, including brand assets, colors, naming conventions, and logo treatments.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to translate brand strategy into tangible marketing materials and campaigns.
3. End-to-End Project Development Management
• Oversee the brand’s involvement in the project development journey, from conceptualization to turnover.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction timelines with marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless construction-to-turnover roadmap.
4. Compliance and Regulatory Management
• Facilitate the processing and securing of permits, including IPO, Trademark (TM), Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DSHUD), Advertising Standards Council (ASC), Local Government Units (LGUs), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
5. Agency and Supplier Management
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies and suppliers to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns, projects, and promotional materials.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and foster strategic partnerships to maximize value for the company.
6. Content and Promotions Management
• Lead the development and management of SMDC Pro content to enhance the brand’s visibility and engagement.
• Plan, design, and execute corporate and project-specific promotions, aligning with marketing goals and customer expectations.
7. Brand Applications and Merchandising
• Develop and maintain the brand’s merchandise catalog, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and customer preferences.
• Innovate and implement brand applications across various platforms and touchpoints to enhance visibility and relevance.
8. Segment Account Servicing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Segment Team (Project Development), tailoring marketing strategies to meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide marketing support to the Project Development team.
9. SMDC Commercial Management
• Oversee the management and operations of SMDC’s commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and revenue goals.
10. SMDC Store Operations
• Manage the ordering and supply chain operations of the SMDC Store, ensuring efficient inventory control and product availability to support marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising ,Marketing, or other similar courses
- At least five (5) years of related work experience in supervisory level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Can handle high pressure situations.
- Willing to work on-site daily at Pasay City
